Breakfast: Make sure that you have your breakfast everyday no matter how busy you are. The fact that many people skip breakfast thinking that it might help them lose weight, but the practice does much more harm than good. Skipping breakfast can make you to eat more later in the day.
Healthy diets: Stick to a healthy diet focusing on vegetables, fruits, fish, skinless poultry breasts, non-fat diary foods and water-rich foods. Limit intake of starches, added sugars and animal fat from meat and diary foods.
